There’s really nothing more to it than that. We’re not here to dismantle our industry’s award culture, or even detract from the thousands of talented professionals out there who have won creative awards “the old-fashioned way.” It takes a serious amount of time, energy, money and luck to win those awards. Which is exactly why we think it’s an arbitrary requirement to include in a job posting.

Unemployed creative people have bills to pay. Specifically, Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions. If one Jobbie Award helps one creative find a new job, then this is all worth it.
